Im a trade professional.Ive fitted many Howdens kitchen in the past and will continue working with Howdens. Unfortunately Manchester store branch is not the store I would recommend.Just gonna mention the last one.If you are planning to get quartz worktops just stay away. They can fit quartz but someone else need to support.Your sink need to be fitted and supported by someone else. The person who did the last templating wasted 3 days of my time as he wasn't experiences with how kitchens are fitted and adequate supporting methods. This case stress to costumer, wasting days from my time and headache for everyone.I will highly recommend Salford branch.Staff members are good and the store manager Dan is always there to help if needed. When you read this review keep in mind that not all stores are the same.I highly recommend howdens for your new kitchen as they can supply your kitchen faster then many other companies take the time to pick up the phone, not to mention your 3-6 weeks waiting time.

Abysmal service, staff don’t give a dot about giving good customer service. Obviously the culture comes from the top. Been a customer for years not any more. Many other companies who appreciate customers not Howdens. Sadly for Howdens a company is only as good as its staff. Tip to Senior management do some training and employee better staff.

They're dead helpful. I've done circa 70 full house refurbs through them. We did at one point look at switching, but to be fair the measure and design service is really good and makes it a whole lot easier - full plans emailed over in about 24-48 hours, ready to give to the sparks and plumbers for 1st fix. It's a trade place, so if you're not trade then might be best to get your joiner to head down for you - they'll get a much better price anyway!

Just had a new kitchen fitted from Howdens Joinery Oldham Road Manchester. Right from our first visit the customer service was first class, Darren talked us through the process after we had chosen our kitchen and after the CAD survey we had a date and the fitter we chose was excellent started Monday completely finished by Friday.Response to solve a couple of issues during the fitting was very quick. A big thank you to All concerned.
