Very professional service! Wish I handled all my past moves with them! First before the move, they offered a very accurate and professional estimate of the volume - unlike other companies, they really want to make sure there are no nasty extra charges. During the move their staff packed everything very quickly and with no problems - even some loose items which some companies have problems with. Unpacking on the other end was also super quick and hassle-free. Everything arrived in a good condition.
What Cheshire Removals are selling is stress-free moving!! From the beginning they were very professional. The guy that came to price up the move was very helpful. Janet in the office was an absolute gem. And on the day, Charlie and the team really did make the move stress-free. In fact, we quite enjoyed the process. It couldn't have gone better! Thank you to Cheshire Removals for our recent house move, the guys were so professional, friendly, they honestly couldn’t do enough for you ! We needed extra boxes etc and they were delivered within a few hours.. Absolutely NO items were damaged, every item was treated with care. Whole process super easy from start to finish. We also had a LOT to move and the guys worked until 8pm and were still were smiling ! Thank you.
Awful, avoid. These people are absolute amateurs who do not care about your treasured possessions. They packed without any care at all, and so many items were damaged. Toothbrushes packed with a toilet brush. Clothes packed with a bottle of bleach that inevitably leaked and ruined clothes. Washing powder not sealed so it leaked everywhere. All of our furniture was dented, bashed and scratched. Items went missing and were never recovered. We ended up with another person's box, and when we returned it, it was thrown in the bin, with no attempt to reunite it with its owner. We were late leaving the house that we should have vacated at midday because of a total lack of organisation. We paid for a full packing service and ended up doing most of it ourselves as they were so hopeless. We paid over £5,500 for our move and storage and ended up getting a £1,250 refund because of the damaged and missing items and poor service, but that did not even come close to righting the situation. It was a huge mistake to hire these people, and I would recommend to anybody to avoid them like the plague
