We used Trafford Builders last year to convert our cellar and we were so pleased to have them back this year to knock through between our kitchen and dining room to create an amazing space at the back of our house with lovely views and access to our garden through bi-fold doors. Ben is an absolute pleasure to deal with and provides guidance the whole way through the process, from building control through to design, and brings in such a range of brilliant sub-contractors too. We genuinely really enjoy having the Trafford Builders team working on our house, not just for their incredible skills but also because they're just fab to have around. If we plan any more building work we wouldn't hesitate in using them again
Ben and the team did an amazing job of our ground floor remodel coming in ahead of time and on budget. Right from the start of the job, Ben and all the tradesmen at Trafford builders were excellent. Prompt and efficient in all aspects of the job Ben was very clear and precise right from the beginning of the work, when and what aspects of the job would be started and completed. We were having a holding wall removed from the kitchen so even though it was a very messy job, everyone involved made sure that the inconvenience was kept to a minimum The job was completed on time and on budget. We found Trafford Builders through their work on another house in our neighbourhood and through recommendations on social media. We invited them to quote for a kitchen remodel, and they made lots of valuable suggestions to our original idea which we ended up going with and are extremely happy with the results! Our space feels so much more open and bright now and we are delighted with the quality of the work. They were very communicative, reliable and trustworthy which took the stress out of what we expected to be a very stressful few weeks without a kitchen or access to the back of our house. They also made excellent recommendations for other trades such as electrician, plumber and plasterer that we chose to go with, that we are very happy with. The build finished in budget and on time, and we can’t recommend Trafford Builders for their friendliness, attention to detail, and quality of work enough. We will be inviting them back for any future building work we do!
I would highly recommend Ben and Trafford builders. We had the wall between our kitchen and dining room knocked through, new kitchen, downstairs toilet built and an attached outbuilding/utility room turned into a lovely garden room as well as other bits and pieces. The project took about 3 months and Ben and the gang kept us updated throughout. They were communicative, polite, considerate, punctual, tidy and all round good people. We lived in our house throughout which they helped to make as easy as possible despite the upheaval and made the whole process stress free. I felt my house was a capable pair of hands.
