My journey of selling my house through Hills was great. From initial listing with Sarah, arranging viewings, and dealing with the ongoing sale was very good. I was kept up to date, and the staff were always helpful and great customer service. I was even given a little gift when I dropped off my keys as a thank you for Selling through Hills. This is most unexpected and a lovely surprise. Would definitely recommend using Hills. Thank you to all the staff. :-)
We have had such a great experience with Hills. Unfortunately our vendor pulled out last minute and Hills have been amazing at helping us find a new home. Beth has been a massive help to us and always kept us hopeful that we would find somewhere quickly, which we have!! She always replies to emails and calls swiftly which has helped keep us calm and we have had so much confidence in Beth throughout the process. Shout out to Sarah too who helped us put our house on the market and explained clearly what the selling process would entail. We felt in safe hands :)
Taylor at Hills took us through the whole lettings process from initial viewing to key pickup and we couldn’t have asked for more. Her communication was always excellent, she was fast to respond to all our questions and was always patient and understanding. Other agents in the Greater Manchester area could learn a great deal about customer service from her! Hills is evidently a very professional outfit and cares about tenants’ and landlords’ needs alike. Would definitely rent/buy with Hills in the future and recommend to others. Dealing with estate agents can be a stressful experience, but we always felt at ease and reassured that Hills had everything in hand, all in all a great experience.
Excellent service from Hills Estate Agent. Would certainly have no hesitation in using their services again. I dealt with Sarah who initially visited and valued my property and then with Rebecca who was my contact throughout the subsequent process. I found both to be extremely pleasant and very professional. The house viewings were well into double figures within a matter of days and the actual selling price was over and above the asking price. I definitely feel that I made the correct choice of agent and I would highly recommend Hills to anyone thinking of selling their property.
I've had dealings with many different estate agents over the course of my house hunt and can honestly say I've had no better experience than with Hills! Dean C has been all too happy to help whenever I've had a query and his friendly manor goes a long way with easing the stresses of house buying! He's recommended a mortgage broker (Tom) who is equally fantastic and helpful. All in all Hills is a well oiled machine and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again whether buying or selling a property.
